Crazy Epic Teaser for Na Hong-jin's 'Hope' Sci-Fi Alien Action Film

"It's coming for us!" Plus M Entertainment in Korea has unveiled the first look teaser trailer for the totally crazy new epic sci-fi movie made by Korean filmmaker Na Hong-jin (of The Chaser , The Yellow Sea , The Wailing ) titled simply Hope . This just premiered at the 2026 Cannes Film Festival hours ago playing in the prestigious Main Competition in France. I just came out of seeing it and it's bonkers, though I've got to say it's very strange to be playing at Cannes, it's much more of a midnight special than a slick Cannes premiere. A mysterious discovery is made on the outskirts of a remote harbor town when a monster suddenly attacks. The residents find themselves in a desperate fight for survival against something they've never encountered before – alien creatures that have crashed nearby...
