Well this looks totally badass. 36 Cinema + Variance has revealed a second official trailer for the movie One Spoon of Chocolate, a killer new cinematic event from the mind of The RZA. This first premiered at the 2025 Tribeca Film Festival last year and it opens in US theaters this May. And it looks like it kicks all kinds of ass! Quentin Tarantino presents this badass revenge thriller. His official intro: "As a filmmaker, RZA really brought home the bacon on an old-school, foot-to-ass, Revenge-a-matic! This picture drives audiences wild wherever it screens. We’ll sell you a whole seat, but you’ll only use the edge of it." An ex-military convict seeks a fresh start in a small town, but his past catches up as he finds love amidst danger and chaos. RZA's One Spoon of Chocolate stars Shameik Moore as Unique, joined by Blair Underwood, RJ Cyler, Paris Jackson, Emyri Crutchfield, Michael Harney, & Harry Goodwins. This is a much better trailer than the first one, giving us real chunks of the intense action galore and brutal take downs being served up by Shameik. Looks like a helluva good time! 'The Originals' Star Joseph Morgan Set for Lead Role in Fox Pilot

"The Originals" might be coming to an end, but fans may not be without Joseph Morgan for long. The actor has a new project in the works: He is set to star in the pilot of an untitled Fox drama based on the book "Gone, Baby, Gone," Deadline reports. That means he'll play Patrick Kenzie, a Boston-based private detective who partners with his lover, Angie Gennaro, to solve cases. The 1998 novel was written by Dennis Lehane and is the fourth book in the Kenzie and Gennaro detective series. The work was adapted for film by Ben Affleck and Aaron Stockard as 2007's "Gone Baby Gone." Affleck directed the movie, which starred his brother, Casey Affleck, alongside Michelle Mongahan. Like the book, the film centers on the disappearance of a girl named Amanda McCready. Miramax joins 20th Century Fox TV on the project, having distributed the movie.
